PM. Dr Keith Rowley has announced NO Carnival for 2021 due to Covid virus.
Some carnival stakeholders (NCC, TUCO, Chuntey-Soca, Pan Trinbago etc..) opted instead for virtual shows/concerts that will be streamed on the internet.
