Ingredients:
5 green mangoes sliced
1 tbsp amchar massala
1 tsp oil
1 tsp sugar
4 cloves of garlic
two peppers
salt to taste
Method:
Boil the mango until tender. Drain and set aside. Minced the garlic and pepper. Mixed in massala, minced garlic and pepper. Heat the oil and add it to the amchar. Add salt and sugar.
