Ingredients:
2 half ripe mangoes peeled and chunked
tsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup chadon benni
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt (to taste)
black pepper to taste
4 bird peppers / piece congo peppers
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and adjust seasonings to taste until you are satisfied. Leave to marinate and serve.
