Mango Chow



Ingredients:
  • 2 half ripe mangoes peeled and chunked
  • tsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 cup chadon benni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 bird peppers / piece congo peppers

    Method:
    Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and adjust seasonings to taste until you are satisfied. Leave to marinate and serve.
