Mango Jam



Ingredients:
  • 4 chopped or pureed mangos
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 7 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 bottle liquid pectin

    Method:
    Combine first three ingredients, mix well and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and at once stir in liquid pectin.
