| Tickets can be purchased at $15 (one way) at the two Water Taxi terminals located at Flatrock, Lady Hailes Avenue, San Fernando, and at the Cruise Ship Complex, Port-of-Spain. |
| Free parking is available at both water taxi service Port-of-Spain and San Fernando car parks on a "first come first serve basis". |
| Water Taxis expansion is under construction for terminals at Chaguanas (Waterloo/Orange Valley), Point Fortin (Clifton Hill), and Point Cumana. |
